Every print is made just for you! This reduces waste and ensures you receive a high-quality, meticulously crafted product. If your order arrives damaged, contact us at contact@pupptik.com for a prompt replacement. Your satisfaction is our top priority!
Delivery Information:
Please note:
- Depending on your location (especially outside the EU), customs charges and import taxes might apply. You are responsible for these fees to receive your order.
- Estimated delivery times:
- Europe: 3-4 business days
- International: 3-10 business days
- Upon order confirmation, you’ll receive tracking information to follow your poster’s journey.
Processing and Delays:
- 100% of orders ship within one business day (excluding weekends, processed on Mondays).
- Lost orders: considered lost after 15 business days (US & EU) or 21 days (international) in the postal system. We cannot control courier delays but will assist you after this period.
- Incorrect addresses: If your package returns due to an incorrect or incomplete address, you’ll be responsible for re-delivery costs. We do not ship to PO boxes or Boxed Postal locations.
Changes and Cancellations:
- You can request order cancellations within 2 business hours (during business hours) following your order. This excludes size, color, design changes, and customized orders, which are final. For more information, please refer to our Return Policy.
